Director of Campus Facilities & Grounds

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and has excellent leadership and organizational skills.  As Director of Campus Facilities & Grounds, ideal applicant will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality and efficiency of our facilities.

 Job Responsibilities entail:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management plan.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and security.
• Manage vendor relationships for facility services.
• Coordinate facility improvements projects, including renovations and equipment upgrades.
• Safety and security of entire campus.
• Oversight of all capital projects and contract work.
• Work closely with Business Administrator

 The successful candidate for this opportunity will have:

• Proven prior experience recommended in facilities management, preferably in a large-scale organization.
• Will have excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Will be a person of integrity.
• Able to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic repairs
